Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning Machines.
Carpet Cleaning is one of the toughest work, While cleaning carpet we have to take care that carpet should not loose its shining we are doing
Carpet Cleaning for making over floor beautiful & removing dirt, Stains, grit, sand, etc... & this all can be achieved by traditional and modern ways.
1)
Steam cleaning:
Here in Steam cleaning we are detergent based solutions are used instead of soaps, the surface is then dried to avoid saturation & this process can take the time of 4 - 12 hrs. The
carpet cleaning solutions are carbonated to dissolve all the materials more effectively which we have used. Beyond these treatments, antistaining and antidirt products can be opted by the carpet owner.
In steam cleaning we are doing hot water extraction with high pressure after preconditioning it with an alkaline agent, Mopping with a grooming brush, & appropriate dwell time, a pressurized manual or automatic cleaning tool known as a wand passes over the surface lots of times to thoroughly clean out all preconditioner, residue, & particulates & using an acetic acidic solution, to restore neutral fiber pH. The acidic pouring on Carpet thus neutralizes the alkaline residues, & can contribute to softening cleaned fabrics.
Drying is by far the most important step in this technique. Since the hot-water extraction technique with high pressure, makes use of much more water than other methods, proper extraction and air flow are critical to keep away from drying issues. Drying time may even be decreased by additional use of fans, air conditioning, and/or outdoor ventilation.
Older surfaces like double jute carpets & loose rugs with natural yarns, will shrink after a wet treatment . Newer carpets, such as with synthetic backing & foundation yarns, do not shrink, & they smooth easily; in such
carpets, wrinkles indicate an underlying issue, such as adhesive.
Pretreatments similar to those in dry-cleaning & "very low moisture" systems are employed, but require an extended dwell time of 15 - 20 minutes, because of lower amounts of carpet agitation. Ideal pretreatments ought to rinse basically & leave dry, powdery, or crystalline residue that can be flushed without contributing to resoiling.
Dry-cleaning can be achieved by some specialised machines. this machines are also known as VML(very low moisture) Systems, depending on dry compounds complemented by application cleaning solutions. Dry-cleaning and "very low moisture" systems are also often faster and less labor-intensive than wet-extraction systems.
Heavily soiled areas needs to be removed by manual spotting, or of pretreatments, preconditioners, or detergents or emulsifiers that break the binding of different stains to carpet fibers over a short time period, often sprayed onto carpet before the primary use of the dry-cleaning technique. chemical dissolves the greasy films that bind soils & prevent effective soil removal by vacuuming. The solution may add a solvent like d-limonene, petroleum byproducts, glycol ethers, or butyl agents. The amount of time the pretreatment "dwells" in the carpet ought to be less than 15 minutes.
->> Dry-cleaning can be achived by :
i) Dry compound,
ii) Encapsulation,
iii) Bonnet,
iv) Shampoo.
3) Household processes :
This process contains all the traditional techniques which we use in our day to day life and have varying degrees of effectiveness as supplements to the more thorough cleaning methods accepted in the industry.
i) Vacuum.
Here we are using Vaccum Machines which we are using in our home, shop, our day to day life. Vacuum cleaners use air pumps to generate separate vacuums to suck up dust and dirt, usually from floors & carpets. Filtering systems or cyclones collect dirt for later disposal. Models include upright, canister & backpack, wet-dry & pneumatic, & other varieties. Robotic vacuum cleaners have recently become viable as well.
ii) Stain removal:
Here we are using Stain remover like detergents, shampoo, etc.. by cleaning the hard stains like ink spot, tea spot, oil spot, etcc. by mopping it with our hands.
